Nutrient-Rich Organ Meat for Raw Feeding
Raw Bull Testicles are a nutrient-dense organ meat that can be included as part of a balanced raw feeding diet. Naturally rich in protein, healthy fats, and essential nutrients, they are commonly used by experienced raw feeders to add variety and whole-food nutrition to their pet’s meals.
Organ meats play an important role in ancestral feeding because they provide vitamins and minerals that support overall health, energy, and vitality.
Raw feeders often rotate different organ meats to provide a broader range of nutrients. Bull testicles offer a unique source of protein and naturally occurring vitamins and minerals that contribute to balanced raw feeding.
Adding a variety of organ meats can help support:
• nutrient diversity
• metabolic health
• natural feeding patterns
• natural source of protein and healthy fats
• provides whole-food nutrition
• adds variety to a raw diet
• supports balanced ancestral feeding
• minimally processed ingredient
Bull testicles can be fed as part of a rotational raw feeding program.
They can be:
• mixed into raw meals
• fed as an occasional organ portion
• included alongside muscle meat and bone
Because organ meats are rich in nutrients, they should typically make up a smaller portion of a balanced raw diet.
Organ meats are an important part of many raw feeding approaches such as the Prey Model Raw (PMR) diet, where organs help provide essential vitamins and minerals that dogs would naturally consume in a whole prey diet.
Common organs used by raw feeders include:
• liver
• kidney
• spleen
• pancreas
• reproductive organs such as testicles
Rotating organs can help provide a broader nutritional profile.
Are bull testicles safe for dogs?
Yes. When sourced properly and fed as part of a balanced raw diet, bull testicles can be included as a nutrient-dense organ meat.
How often should dogs eat organ meats?
Organ meats are typically fed in moderation as part of a balanced raw feeding plan.
Can bull testicles be fed raw?
Yes. Raw feeders commonly include various organ meats in their dog’s diet.
Why rotate organ meats?
Different organs provide different vitamins and minerals. Rotating them helps create a more complete nutritional profile.
Many raw feeders combine organ meats with other ingredients:

• Raw Blends – balanced protein mixes

WHAT IS THE PREY MODEL RAW (PMR)?
The prey model raw (PMR) is feeding only whole prey without feeding grains, fruits, or vegetables which offers a more natural way of eating, similar to how a wolf or lion would eat in the wild. Ancestral Raw Nutrition believes in the prey model diet and provides the best quality meats for your pet.
Some believe that vegetables and fruits add nutrients to their pet's diet and that it is necessary to add supplements for their pets nutrition. However, we feed a PMR diet because science tells us that the nutrients your pet needs that is found in plant material is found in the meat, bones, and organs of the prey canines hunt. Therefore, it is unnecessary to feed your pet anything other than a raw meat diet. Additionally, some canines lack the digestive enzymes that break down plant material. It is also believed that feeding vegetables and fruits may stress the pancreas causing it to create more enzymes in an attempt to digest these foods, and if you are feeding fruits and vegetables you may be feeding the yeast in your pet which may be causing some of the many chronic conditions pets have like ear infections, hot spots and other skin conditions which end up costing you more money at your local veterinarians office.
