How much to feed my pet?
For adult & senior pets:
We suggest feeding based on your pet’s age, activity level, and/or gestation (A lactating or pregnant female is 5% of body weight).
Recommended feeding is between 2-3% of adult weight.
For puppies & kittens:
We suggest dividing a full day’s feeding amount into 2-3 times per day until your pet is an adult.
Recommended feeding is 5% of the pet’s weight if you have a puppy (2-6 months) or a kitten (4-6 months). Body percentage may vary based on the pet's age.

How do I transition my dog to raw food?
Switching to raw is one of the best decisions you can make for your pet’s health. Follow this gradual approach to ensure a smooth and safe transition:
🔄 Step-by-Step Transition
1️⃣ Start by mixing 3 parts current food with 1 part raw food.
2️⃣ Over the next 7–14 days, slowly increase the raw food while decreasing the old food.
3️⃣ Monitor your pet’s stools daily: If stools are firm and well-formed after days 3–4, increase the raw portion confidently. If stools stay solid through days 5–6, continue increasing until your pet is 100% raw-fed.
Every pet transitions at their own pace. Some are ready in a week, others take a little longer. Watch their digestion, energy levels, and overall wellness.

What changes should I expect to see after switching to raw?
When switching to raw, some dogs experience a short adjustment period as their bodies adapt to fresh, natural nutrition. Mild changes such as temporary lethargy, stool changes, light nausea, or picky eating are common in the first one to three weeks and usually pass quickly.
Most pet parents begin seeing positive results within 28 days or less, including increased energy, improved mobility, reduced itching, shinier coats, and fresher breath. Some benefits appear quickly, while others develop gradually over time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders ship within 1-4 business days if the order is placed by 3:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday. If a customer places their order after 3:00 PM PST on Thursday, the order will ship the following Monday.
